2.1 Eligibility Criteria

To register and maintain a valid account on bajjlive, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not registered or acting on behalf of another person, and you are not using a fictitious identity.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of bajjlive or any of its affiliated game providers, where such involvement would create a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously been permanently excluded from bajjlive, nor have you been the subject of a fraud investigation resulting in account closure.
• You are registering and playing in your own personal capacity and not as a professional player acting under instruction from a third party.

2.2 Registration Process

To open an account on bajjlive, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full, providing your real name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. bajjlive may at any point request supporting documentation — including a government-issued photo ID, a utility bill confirming your address, or a screenshot of a bKash or Nagad account registered in your name — to verify the accuracy of the information you have provided.

By completing registration, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of these details change. 2.3 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on bajjlive at any given time. 3.1 Account Security

bajjlive will not be liable for any financial loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bajjlive support immediately via live chat at support@bajjlive so that we can suspend the account while the matter is investigated.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

bajjlive operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to comply with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and to protect the integrity of the platform. You may be required to complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed, when your cumulative withdrawals exceed a defined threshold, or at any time bajjlive deems a review necessary. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, together with proof of address and, where required, proof of payment method ownership.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by bajjlive may result in withdrawal suspension. bajjlive will not be liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by a player's failure to complete KYC promptly.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your bajjlive account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard timelines. bajjlive reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, chargebacks, or failure to complete identity verification. In the event of closure initiated by bajjlive for reasons other than fraud or breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method.

4.1 Deposits

bajjlive accepts deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select Bangladeshi bank accounts including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank, as well as Visa and Mastercard where supported. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. bajjlive does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.

Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment network. In rare cases where a payment network experiences delays, bajjlive will credit confirmed deposits as soon as the transaction is confirmed. You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name; depositing via a third-party account is a breach of these Terms.

bajjlive reserves the right to limit, restrict, or decline any deposit where we have reasonable grounds to believe the transaction is connected to fraudulent, stolen, or unlawful funds. Deposits identified as originating from a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder will be returned to the source and the account suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested by verified players at any time through the account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible, as a standard anti-fraud measure. Where the original deposit method cannot receive withdrawals, bajjlive will process the withdrawal to an alternative verified method registered in the player's name.

bajjlive targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for fully verified accounts transacting via bKash or Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. bajjlive is not liable for delays caused by payment network outages, bank processing schedules, or force majeure events. You should not initiate a chargeback with your payment provider while a withdrawal request is being processed; doing so may result in account suspension.

4.3 Refused or Reversed Transactions

bajjlive reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction — deposit or withdrawal — where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Where a transaction is refused or reversed, bajjlive will notify the player and provide an opportunity to supply additional verification information unless doing so would conflict with applicable legal obligations.

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets and wagers placed on bajjlive are final once confirmed. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that bet selections, stake amounts, and bet types are correct before confirming a wager. bajjlive will not reverse confirmed bets on the grounds of player error unless a technical fault on the Platform caused the bet to be placed or recorded incorrectly.

Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed on each game or betting market and may vary depending on the game type, market, and a player's account status. bajjlive reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting markets on bajjlive cover the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), the Indian Premier League (IPL), T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. Live in-play betting is available for selected matches, with odds updated in real time. bajjlive reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or delay settlement in the event of match abandonment, interruption, or result dispute pending the relevant governing body's official determination.

Where a match is abandoned without a result — and the relevant competition rules do not provide for a reserve day outcome — all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned. In the case of rain-affected limited-overs matches where a DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) result is declared, that result will be treated as the official match result for settlement purposes.

5.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on bajjlive are supplied by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, published within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding a game's rules, paytable, and return-to-player (RTP) information before wagering real money.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion-specific terms (e.g., "30x wagering requirement" means the total bonus amount must be wagered 30 times in eligible games before withdrawal is available). 6.4 Promotion Modifications

bajjlive reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already received a bonus, the wagering requirement and conditions applicable at the time of bonus receipt will continue to apply.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bajjlive. By using the Platform you agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Register an account if you are under the age of 18 or knowingly allow a minor to use your account.
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Register or maintain more than one account, or use another person's account with or without their consent.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise interfere with any software or system underlying the Platform.
• Initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider while a legitimate withdrawal request is pending.
• Deposit or transact using a payment method not registered in your own legal name.
• Collude with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets in a manner that creates systematic advantage at the expense of the Platform or other players.

8.1 Platform Availability

bajjlive makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. 8.3 Third-Party Game Provider Issues

In the event of a game malfunction or provider-side error, bajjlive will work with the relevant provider to resolve the matter and will void any affected rounds and return stakes where a fair outcome cannot be determined.

8.4 Indirect and Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bajjlive excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm. bajjlive's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.5 Applicable Law

10.1 Amendments to These Terms

bajjlive reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Minor clarifications, formatting changes, and corrections that do not alter the substantive effect of the Terms may be made without prior notice.

10.2 Suspension and Termination by bajjlive

bajjlive may suspend or terminate a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to: breach of any provision of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time, chargeback activity, provision of false information, account inactivity exceeding 12 months with a zero balance, or receipt of a legal order requiring account suspension.

Where an account is suspended or terminated due to suspected fraud or breach of Terms, bajjlive reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where no breach is established following investigation, any withheld balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method. Where a breach is established, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part at bajjlive's reasonable discretion.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bajjlive will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before applying a dormancy fee. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be applied to dormant accounts following the initial 12-month inactive period, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player logging in.

10.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bajjlive with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior representations, discussions, or agreements between the parties relating to the subject matter herein. No modification of these Terms shall be valid unless made in accordance with Section 10.1.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. bajjlive's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
